The 'Greenpia' condo building provided spacious rooms without the ski slope view as expected. The location was very convenient, right next to the ski lanes and close to bus pick-up points for easy access to the city. The hotel offered a wide range of dining options with succulent steaks, but language barriers affected the service quality. Despite the language challenges, the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. The facilities were adequate, but some misunderstandings regarding additional charges for services slightly impacted the overall stay.
